We can see that database and listener on ggsource.localdomain server is down.

First you need to start the listener. Otherwise even after starting the database the status of database will show down. So, go to listener and click startup

If credential not present enter new credential and test

Once your test should be successful click login on top right corner

You will be taken to below page which shows that listener current state is down and you can attempt start operation. Click ok to start the listener.


After few seconds your listener will be started.

Now go to database page and attempt starting the database.

You need to provide both host and database credential. I have preferred credentials already so I will attempt startup using those. Else you need to provide new credentials.

Click ok to confirm starting up the database

Database will be started in few seconds

Now all related target for the host are up
